I’m a qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and most importantly, I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone.

With experience in helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma, and many other mental health concerns. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. My approach is person-centred and integrative, meaning I tailor each session to your unique needs, so you feel fully supported in a way that feels right for you.

In addition to my work with clients, I also offer clinical supervision to other counsellors and trainees, providing them with the support and guidance they need to develop their practice. I also mentor and coach clients helping them build confidence.
