Serene Counselling Services
If you're going through a tough time right now, please know—you don’t have to face it all on your own. Life can throw so much at us… grief, trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or the shock of a life-changing diagnosis. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. It’s okay to not have all the answers.
At Serene Counselling, I offer a calm, safe, and supportive space where you can just be you—no masks, no pressure. Just space to talk, to feel, to breathe.
I’ve been working as a counsellor for over 10 years, supporting people through some of life’s most painful and transformative moments. I specialise in grief and trauma, and I have particular experience working with people affected by cancer, both those living with it and the people who love them. I’ve also spent years working with ex-offenders, supporting them as they rebuild their lives, as well as the families walking that journey beside them.
This is your space—your pace.
My approach is gentle and down-to-earth. There’s no “right” way to do therapy—just your way. I’ll meet you wherever you are, and we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more like you again.
If you're feeling unsure, that's totally okay. You’re welcome to get in touch for a free, informal chat, just to see how it feels. No pressure, no commitment—just a conversation.
You don’t have to carry it all on your own. I’m here when you’re ready.
